The College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) of De La Salle University — Dasmariñas will be hosting the 7th National Young Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Power Conference (NYHRPC) on March 1, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
This year’s theme, Exploring, and Exceeding Opportunities in the Philippine Hospitality Industry, aims to present the current trends and issues of hospitality business both locally and globally, and to prepare delegates to fully understand and articulate the changes and challenges the industry will face in the 21st Century.
The conference will include a series of speakers, including Senator Grace Poe of the Philippines, who will serve as the keynote speaker; Chef Jam Melchor, executive chef and owner of Healthy Eats Manila, founding president of Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement, Jopet Pedroso, workshop facilitator who has been conducting seminars and workshops since 1989, and RJ Ledesma, TV show host, editor-in-chief of UNO magazine, co-founded the Mercato Centrale food market in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. All three will serve as power speakers.
The proceeds from sponsors shall go to Bahay Pag-Asa Dasmariñas Foundation, a formation center at DLSU-D for children in conflict with the law. ADVT
