It’s confirmed — DC Comics wants to ruin your comic book reading experience

by AJT Santos

If you’re like most comic fans, you probably skip the ads that comes after every couple of pages for seamless reading. DC Comics’s latest strategy aims to combat that.

Starting next week, DC will be running half-page double-spread ads on the same pages as the art. This was a practice that was last done in the 70s but has since been discontinued.
