Anchored on the vision of promoting entrepreneurial opportunities, The Entrepreneurship Club (E-Club) of Far Eastern University (FEU) in partnership with Rizal Technological University – Young Entrepreneurs Society, DTI, and Mandaluyong Negosyo Center will initiate a six-month business program entitled “E-Raise” which is crafted for seventy micro-entrepreneurs that will be held in Mandaluyong City on February 15, 2016.
The entrepreneurial maneuver will include a comprehensive plenary discussion on the fundamentals of business, including funding, accounting, marketing, sustainability and scalability, which are in line for venturing small-time businesses.
Notable speakers include Benita & Catalino Yap Foundation (BCYF) Executive Vice President J Anton R. Yap, Ronda Palengke Initiatives founder Kevin Dela Cruz, and Strokes of Broke artist Nikky Rivera. Members of DTI, Mandaluyong Negosyo Center, The Global Filipino Investors and The One School will also be present at the event.
Aside from insightful discussions, E-Raise will also be open for entrepreneurial consultations on general micro-business, bookkeeping, basic accounting, and regulatory process and requirements. Moreover, the FEU & RTU students will be in charge of monitoring the participants and mentoring them regarding sales, profit, cost accounting, pricing, and marketing aspects of business throughout the program.
