We’re pretty sure you’ve heard all about the latest casualty of the celebrity breakup epidemic: Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. In light of this tragic event, we would also like to commemorate our favorite celebrity couples who eventually proved that #WalangForever.
- Taylor Swift and Harry Styles. The romance between these two pop sensations may be fleeting but it definitely burned bright enough to still have shippers to this day. We wonder if Taylor knows how much feels she invoked in Haylor shippers when she released 1989 and everyone had a listen at “Style”.
- Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow. Perhaps the most amicable celebrity split to ever happen, this “decisive uncoupling” left many people in emotional distress.
- Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston. While we’re pretty sure Brangelina was brought to this earth by the gods to bring peace among humankind, we’re still feeling a bit nostalgic about the golden coupling of Brad and Jennifer.
- Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. The ex-couple recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary…only to break up the next day. Why must suffering exist?!
- Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. Remember the 2005 MTV Movie Awards when they reenacted their iconic The Notebook kiss on stage while accepting the Best Kiss Award? Does that mean nothing to anyone anymore?!
- Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. We thought matching denim red carpet outfits meant true love back in the early 2000’s. Apparently not. Now excuse us while we drown our entire concept of love in alcohol.
