Moira steps up to the next level

December 05th, 2014

A young, promising singer, songwriter and an indeed familiar voice in the airwaves, 20 – year-old, MOIRA is poised to become the next big thing in local music. An accomplished musician who plays the piano and guitar (aside from sing and write original music) she began singing in church and school and now doing small and intimate gigs.

Moira took her first big step towards a professional career when one of her original compositions, titled “After Your Heart” charted over top radio stations in Pampanga, Olongapo, Tarlac, and Baguio.

After her TV stint in The Voice PH (Team APL), Moira is now getting ready for her big break in the entertainment scene. She has been very busy recording TV and radio commercial jingles. She is the voice behind popular product jingles like Lewis & Pearl’s “Sweet Paris”, Perla’s “Hawak Kamay”, Johnson’s Baby’s “Signature Of Love”, Imodium’s “Lonely Is The Night”, Surf’s “Pinalaki” and “Ang Bango Ng Perfume”, Goldilocks’ “Merienda Na” and the biggest Mc Donald’s theme “Hooray For Today”.

She has done several front act stints for Thor, Markki Stroem and Yeng Constantino to date. She has been around Metro Manila and provincial corporate gigs, too.

From commercial jingles, Moira is finally set to release her very first solo, self titled and all original album. Containing six of her hundreds of compositions and featuring one track with the Rockoustic Heartthrob, Sam Milby.
