This November 16 to December 12, 2020, De La Salle University’s BLAZE2022 batch government for RVR-College of Business, invites you to Beyond Blaze: Leaders of our Generation (a.k.a. Beyond Blaze); a promising event for the next Lasallian business leaders. Pitching into different social aspects, BLAZE2022 plans to channel leadership among students through a series of compelling webinars, workshops and case competitions. Beyond Blaze intends to grant Lasallians diverse opportunities to discover new and unacknowledged talents whilst serving as an avenue for honing one’s skills in the real world.
This month-long event aims to pave the way for its potential delegates to become the next responsive and resilient business leaders by delving into branches of leadership. Beyond Blaze will shed light on four vital leadership categories to be officially held live on Facebook:
Advocacy Leadership: Voyaging to a Leadership with the Heart and Mind — emphasizing that success is not measured by the job itself but is heavily dependent on one’s impact at work;
Leadership in Politics: Transforming Engagement of Youth in Politics — addresses social aspects of fairness and how power is manifested in the real world;
Leadership in Media: Going Above and Beyond — highlights how social media platforms play an important role in disseminating, innovating, and competing in an ever changing market;
and Business Leadership: Skyrocketing to the Top — focuses on facets of effective leadership management in an organization to accomplish key business goals.
In the ending chapter, Beyond Blaze envisions its Lasallian business students with maximized capabilities and acknowledged potentials. May one continue to manifest the skills acquired and use them to create meaningful and impactful change to the country and its people. With all the diverse opportunities offered by the platform, the event wishes to emphasize that everyone holds the power to write their own on-going story — with the intention of creating a better future together.
