If there’s one thing that Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) enthusiasts and Sherlock fans have in common, it’s their love for Benedict Cumberbatch. The British actor, known as Dr. Strange in the MCU and Sherlock Holmes in the BBC series, continues to enthrall fans with his movie roles and his candid demeanor in many interviews and red carpet events.
Because of this, Cumberbatch has amassed a large following of people from all over the world–spawning memes and merchandise to be created about him. And within this plethora of Cumberbatch-inspired things is the Cumberbunny, a rabbit-shaped chocolate treat that features the sculpted face of the actor.
The Easter-themed treat was created by the chocolate-manufacturing company, the Chocolatician. According to their website, the Cumberbunny is made with “400g of everyone’s favorite detective” and is “glazed with luster dust”. It also comes with a limited edition version that’s made with white chocolate and a 22-carat gold bow tie.
These handcrafted chocolates are each being sold at the starting price of £39.95 (approximately 2,490.02 PHP) and can be stored up to six months in the refrigerator.
At the moment, the Chocolatician informs the public that because of demand, ordering the Cumberbunny now can’t guarantee you its arrival on Easter. But interested shoppers can still purchase the item provided that they are patient enough to wait for it.
