Kim Kardashian has teamed up with the Canadian fashion star Winnie Harlow on a makeup collection called KKW X Winnie, set to launch on Sept. 13.
“Winnie Harlow is someone I admire and respect so much,” Kardashian told her 147 million followers on Instagram, announcing the collaboration. “She’s the definition of a true beauty.”
The collection will include a 12-pan eyeshadow palette, a highlighter duo and three lip glosses, with images posted to Instagram hinting at a color palette of rich jewel tones in shimmering finishes.
The collection marks the first major beauty collaboration for Harlow — although the model has plenty of experience in fronting beauty campaigns, having starred in MAC’s 25th anniversary advertisements earlier this year. She has had a busy 2019 so far, having appeared in catwalk shows for Tommy Hilfiger and Prabal Gurung and landed the cover of Vogue Arabia.
Kardashian, for her part, is known for her love of high-profile collaborations: she recently joined forces with her sister Kylie Jenner on a trio of fragrances and previously launched a beauty collection with her longtime makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. RGA/JB
