It’s been a rough year, you guys. After 2016 came and took a bunch of our favorite people away, a lot of us hoped that 2017 would be less shitty. Life doesn’t work that way, though, and many people felt like this year has been one never-ending nightmare.
To put it simply:

We don’t want to get too melodramatic, but we almost died:

And yeah, sure. Some people had a wonderful year. But you don’t have to rub it in our faces, damn:
Honestly, we are just so done with 2017 and the last remaining month probably won’t change that:
IM SO DONE WITH 2017. SPIT ON IT. BURN THE TAPES. BURY IT. IM DONE.

Someone made the startling realization that everything has felt unreal since 2012:
Some people believe that 2018 will be better. We want to feel the same way, tbh.
I wish I had the optimism of someone who thinks 2018 will be better.

But the way things are going, it looks like a lot of the stuff we hated in 2017 will still be around next year. Realistically speaking, things might even take a turn for the worse. It’s fine if you can’t keep a hopeful face up for the next year but you should put on a brave one. Because whatever 2018 throws our way, 2017 has prepared us for it.
we all left 2016, thinking 2017 is going to be better. now we are going to leave 2017, thinking 2018 will be better. the truth is, as the years pass by, its going to get worse. however the twist is, you will be stronger to face what life throws at you then.

So, um, thanks 2017? Seriously just go away already.
