IECON 2025 gathers industry leaders and future innovators at DLSU-Manila

The Industrial Management Engineering Society (IMES) is proud to present IECON 2025, an event designed to drive growth, innovation, and impactful change across diverse fields and disciplines. This flagship event will bring together over 350 in-person attendees and 250 virtual participants on March 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the De La Salle University – Manila Campus (The Verdure, 4th Floor, Henry Sy Sr. Building).

IECON 2025

As industries continue to evolve, now is the perfect time to explore how Industrial Engineering principles—such as optimization, decision-making, and systems thinking—can turn passion and purpose into real-world success. IECON 2025 will emphasize the idea that Industrial Engineering is more than just a discipline; it’s a way of thinking that can shape the future. The event will showcase how Industrial Engineering drives progress and innovation across industries.

Following the success of IECON 2024, which focused on “Innovation Anchored in Resilience,” this year’s conference promises to continue the conversation on key issues like adaptive leadership, crisis management, and the role of digital technology in modern industries. Notable speakers from various sectors, such as Mr. Don Timothy Buhain, CEO and Board Director of Rex Group of Companies, and Mr. Jay Bernardo, Chairman and President of Bayan Family of Foundations, Inc., will share their expertise and insights on navigating challenges and embracing change.

Open to all Industrial Engineering students, future industry leaders, and anyone with an interest in the field, IECON 2025 presents a unique opportunity to expand professional networks, explore new ideas, and envision the future of Industrial Engineering. Join us as we discover what lies ahead for this dynamic and ever-growing field!

This event is made possible by DLSU-IMES.
