It seems like the singer did not even feel it since she didn’t even look back when the hair extension was pulled.

A separate post was community noted, where additional context was given when the viral video was taken. “The video was recorded when Katy Perry was in Barcelona, not during her visit to announce her tour in Mexico,” it says in Spanish.

It turns out it was last July in Barcelona when the singer celebrated the last day of Pride, where she also served drinks in a bar.
