BINI fans’ frustration escalates over ‘greedy’ pricing for concert livestream

People’s love for BINI is undeniably growing, but so are the frustrations aimed at their management.

The P-pop girl group has officially released the prices for the livestream of their upcoming concert this November but not everyone is happy about it.

Fans are buzzing with excitement, eager for the chance to see them live. However, the rising cost of tickets has sparked renewed concerns, leaving many Blooms questioning whether the prices are still reasonable.

Social media users took the conversation to social media to express their thoughts about the said scenario.

One user wrote, “need y’all to boycott this bcs seriously anong silbi nung membership [what’s the purpose of the membership]??? I hate to break it to you pero kaya bumababa engagement ng bini dahil sa ganiyang pricing niyo, kesyo pang ‘masa’ raw pero hindi makamasa ‘yung presyo [I hate to break it to yo but the reason why there’s lower engagement with bini because your pricing is like this, just because it’s for the ‘masses’ but the price is not for the masses].”

“Imagine the audience reach, promotion, and the amount of views they could get if they decided to do this on YouTube for free or at cheaper price. Naniniwala akong sobrang sikat na sana ng bini ngayon globally kung hindi lang sa ganid na management [I believe that bini should have been so popular now globally if the management is not greedy]. This is GREED,” a second user wrote.

A third user wrote, “Blooms literally have the power to teach these capitalist freaks a lesson by boycotting them for a while and see how they will respond bc how is 5k for a f—-ing livestream normal???”

More fans expressed their disapproval, emphasizing that the move that the management is making is out of greed.

Meanwhile, some have defended the said move, stating that they are not being forced to purchase tickets for the livestream.

This issue is clearly not an attack on the girl group but a callout to their management. As of this writing, BINI’s management has not yet responded to the fans’ outcries.
