Diwata Pares sells his first-ever cooking pot to Boss Toyo

The online sensation who exploded in popularity due to his famous affordable ‘Pares’, Diwata, sold his first-ever cooking pot to the businessman and owner of Pinoy Pawnstar, Boss Toyo.

In Boss Toyo’s vlog, Diwata talked about how he has been using the pot since 2020 when he was started in a push cart.

Nasimula kasi ako sa pagpapares, cart lang siya. May nagbenta sa ‘kin ng second hand na cart ta’s bumili ako ng kaldero,” [I started cooking Pares in a cart and someone sold me a second hand cart and I bought a pot] he said.

Diwata stated that the pot was the only thing left after the clearing operations.

Actually ‘yung cart na ‘yun wala na ‘yun eh, na-clearing din ‘yung eh, kinuha ng clearing operations, hindi ko na natubos. Ito, naiwan ‘yung kaldero ko. May butas na siya pero pwede namang tagpian na lang natin,” [Actually, that cart is no longer there, it was also cleared, it was taken by clearing operations, I couldn’t redeem it. This is my only pot left behind. It already has a hole but we can just patch it up.] he continued.

At the end of the vlog, Boss Toyo was able to buy the pot for 3,000 pesos.

Diwata continuously manages his ‘pares’ business. Just recently, he also became a part of “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” portraying the role of Frida.
