Taylor Swift has filed for a trademark application for ‘Female Rage: The Musical.’
The 34-year-old American singer and lyricist posted a heartfelt dedication on Instagram to her new Tortured Poets section of the Eras Tour, which she affectionately dubbed “Female Rage: The Musical.” She also expressed gratitude to her crew, the backstage movers, and her fans in Paris for their support and love.
‘Female rage’ is defined as an inherited response to oppression and challenges faced by women in society. It is seen as anger suppressed and is often passed down through generations.
According to TMZ’s report, Taylor’s management submitted a trademark application on ‘Female Rage The Musical’ just for the new theme of her new set for her new album. Swift has yet to reveal her plans for her trademark, yet it somehow implies that she can produce merchandise designed and produced specifically for that matter. In addition to this, online shops such as Etsy have released clothing lines highlighting the turn of phrase Swift wants to make her own.
One user provided their insights about the phrase ‘Female Rage: The Musical.’
My guess is this is probably for merch. I do not see her making a musical that’s literally named this. Seems too on the nose for a real piece of work, but works well as a funny eras tour joke https://t.co/QR817j6LmR
