Ppop fans dominated the Philippine X (formerly Twitter) scene as they called for Ppop boy group BGYO (Becoming the change, Going further You and I, Originally Filipino) to be disbanded. The group consists of 5 members who debuted under ABS-CBN’s Star Magic in 2021.
BGYO is allegedly associated with issues of cheating and abuse. Because of the recent birthday party that Gelo hosted and the appearance of some of the BINI members in it, the Ppop community is currently in shambles as Blooms try their utmost to protect the reputation of BINI from being linked to BGYO, while ACEs (BGYO’s fandom name) attempt to defend their boys.
One user tweeted on X (formerly known as Twitter) that idols should be good examples.

A user called out to BGYO’s management to keep them in check. The user wrote:

An ACE tweeted a video of BGYO showing their determination and will-power to achieve their dreams. He captioned how unfair it is for the boy band to be thrown such hate when other fandoms were pulling down others just so their idols can move up.

Another ACE tweeted on what seems to be like a life-threatening tweet from an alleged BINI fan.

A user commented on the tweet, ‘Protect sexualizers? LOL”
Another user called out the behavior of some Blooms who were getting too toxic because of the recent happenings. She mentioned that their idols are not accountable for the fans’ trauma and that they should seek medical help instead of pushing them to make a statement.

Amidst the fandom war between ACES and Blooms, a bloom tweeted her funny conversation with her boyfriend.
