Young boy melts hearts with his innocence and politeness in viral birthday party clip

A heartwarming video posted by a TikTok user has caught the attention of Filipinos on social media. In the video, a young boy can be seen patiently waiting for his turn to have his face painted at a birthday event that he attended. The boy hesitantly approached the artist, asking if the service was free, his face breaking into a joyous smile when the artist answered that it was indeed free. The boy then requested for a Spider-Man character to be painted on his face.

According to another post made by the same user, the mom relayed through a message exchange between them that she was actually surprised when her son returned home with face paint. She revealed that the boy was not actually invited to the birthday party and was just dragged by the old lady he was with, hence the reason for only wearing simple sando and shorts. But upon seeing the joy and excitement on the boy’s face, she decided to have him change his clothes and return back to the said party.

The video eventually made its way to different social media platforms outside of TikTok, and has caught the attention not just of the public, but also of different Filipino social media influencers. Even Vice Ganda reposted the tweet, asking the public if anyone had information about the boy because he wants to meet him.

Some of the comments relate to the boy because they, too, experienced the same thing.
