MANILA, Philippines – A picture paints a thousand words, and through one image, renowned photographer Sara Black helps you tell entire stories.
A brilliant creative and a force in the industry, Sara takes her years of expertise as a photographer and model to guide participants through the process of understanding and taking great photos. In “Seeing the Light,” the upcoming photography workshop by First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA), the first corporate university in the country established by Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan, Sara gives participants a more technical understanding of portraiture and lighting techniques. Lighting and composition become the focus of the workshop as “without light, photography cannot exist.”
The one-day workshop covers all the fundamentals of photography, including topics on visual language – composition, color theory, line and movement. The workshop also includes exercises in perceiving and mastering light. Through the hands-on activities, Sara will also teach the skills and tools to better evoke your unique style.
