‘Fynest Fake?’ Some content creators accuse FynestChina of faking giveaways for clout, FynestChina responds

Following the ‘Challenge’ series of FynestChina, many social media users and content creators are now questioning whether the former really follows through on his promises to all accepted challenges.

Everything started with a video posted by a content creator named Tito Mars with caption, “Sana mapatunayan mo ngayon na tunay ka FynestChina. Maraming nagsasabi na mga kamag anak, o kakilala mo raw yung mga binibigyan at binubunot mo sa mga challenge mo. Sana mali sila. Maraming taong naniniwala sayo, gay ani ate. Sana hindi ka gaya ng iba [I hope you can now prove that you are real FynestChina. Many say that only your relatives, or the people you know are the ones who were chosen from your challenges. Hopefully they are wrong. Many people believe in you. I hope you’re not like everyone else].”

In the clip, Tito Mars raised skepticism about the veracity of FynestChina’s charitable claims. He also talked about a woman who had been leaving comments on his posts and contacted him to sell a property for her mother’s medication. However, the woman is said to have been ghosted by Fynest after the latter commented on how he can extend his help.

Other content creators also shared their opinions about the issue, such as DUJ Chess (a.k.a. ParengDUJ) and Deejimon TV.

The two shared similar notions: Fynest shouldn’t make promises, especially if he can’t fulfill them, given that the mother of the person seeking help is in a life-or-death circumstance, and that Fynest’s comments about extending help gave hope to the family, but that he broke their hearts by suddenly not responding.

On Tito Mars’ follow-up video regarding the topic, Fynest responded, explaining his side upon the speculations of being a ghoster thrown at him. Fynest notes that due to many comments, he was unable to see the comments and messages and vowed to extend help to the woman’s family.

FynestChina clout fake giveaways

A few days later, Tito Mars uploaded another video in which he said the woman’s mother had passed away and thanked Fynest for the thousand peso donation.

Many immediately questioned whether the 1,000 donations were real, which led to some unfavorable remarks made about Fynest. Given that Fynest often gives out significant amounts via his challenge series, this made some people doubt his stunts because it doesn’t appear as if the creator will merely provide that little amount to the grieving family.

Following this, FynestChina posted a comment on the earlier video, defending himself in light of Tito Mars’ frequent posting of sarcastic content.

Social media users also recall one of Fynest’s videos, in which he offered a 1 million peso contribution as a reward for attaining a million Facebook followers to a follower who left a comment on one of his videos, requesting assistance with house construction.

Previously, the creator posted a family photo, which he said is the family to whom he donated the said money.

Many, however, are keen to draw comparisons between the family picture and the photo of the girl who left a comment on Fynest’s video, arguing that the profile does not match at all with any of those featured in the family photo.

Furthermore, several people pointed out that there isn’t a single video posted by a follower appreciating Fynest, given that anyone active on TikTok who had received a huge sum will undoubtedly create material as a way to express gratitude to the social media influencer. It resulted in more doubts when the said comment had been deleted on Fynest’s video.

With all the issues, FynestChina responded to the claims in a new Facebook post, pleading for forgiveness as he was unable to assist everyone who reached out to him for help.

The families/individuals purported to be recipients of FynestChina’s generosity have yet to substantiate the influencer’s claims.
