TWICE’s Jihyo set to make her solo debut in August

Jihyo, a member of the popular female K-pop group TWICE, is reportedly set to make her solo debut this August.

She will be the second member of the girl group to have a solo debut. Jihyo will follow fellow TWICE member Nayeon who made her solo debut last year with the album IM NAYEON.

TWICE made their debut in 2015 and up to this day is one of the most popular K-pop groups worldwide. This K-pop group is currently holding their fifth world tour “Ready To Be.”

A teaser poster featuring Jihyo has been posted on the social media accounts of TWICE on June 8. This is actually the second time they posted a teaser poster for “Killin’ Me Good.”

After the release of the first teaser poster last June 4, many fans already speculated that Jihyo will be having her solo debut.

Following this post, many fans of TWICE have expressed their excitement and joy that Jihyo will be making her highly-anticipated debut. Fans also looked back on the long time the k-pop idol has been working hard as an artist.

“I’m so happy for Jihyo, she deserves this because she been working her all life,” a fan wrote in a tweet about the teaser poster. “I hope she gets all the support she deserves, especially from the company,” the fan added.

“You don’t even understand how long I’ve been waiting for this,” another fan tweeted.
