Hundreds of digital media and marketing practitioners gathered at the SMX Convention Center in SM Aura Premier last September 10 and 11 for the most prestigious digital marketing event of the year, the 9th Internet and Mobile Marketing Summit. This year’s summit focused on disrupted economies and how digital advancements are changing the industry today.

The event was graced by luminaries of the digital industry who are experts on economies of attention, reputation, start-ups, convenience and collaboration. Included in the roster were INQUIRER Director for Mobile JV Rufino and INQUIRER.net Editor-in-Chief John Nery, who talked about the ever-changing role of media.

Co-presenter INQUIRER Multimedia also prepared a special program that was hosted by radio DJ Gino Quillamor. Philippine Daily Inquirer and Inquirer Group of Companies CEO Sandy Prieto-Romualdez briefly discussed the evolution of INQUIRER and how companies should not be afraid of change.
