BLACKPINK’s Lisa has reportedly parted ways with Celine

Guess the lyrics ‘Masked up, and I’m still in CELINE’ didn’t age well.

Following an eventful and sparkling tenure as brand ambassador for Celine, BLACKPINK’s Lisa has ended her contract with the renowned LVMH luxury fashion house.

This was first reported by the Korea JoongAng Daily on June 28, 2024, with a source confirming the news by saying, “It is true that Lisa of BLACKPINK parted ways with Celine.”

Celine, on the other hand, has not commented on the news.

Rumors of Lisa apparently separating from Celine first rose after her surprise appearance at a Louis Vuitton’s F/W 2024-2025 Paris Fashion Week show.

At that show, Lisa was seen wearing two archival Louis Vuitton looks—a pink fully-embellished robe from 2018 S/S for her front row appearance, and later on, a color-blocked scuba dress from the Resort 2017 collection (also from Ghesquière).

BLACKPINK’s Lisa has represented Celine as its global ambassador since September 2020 and has been part of many of its shows in 2022 and 2023. She is also a brand ambassador for other luxury brands like Bulgari and Prada, and in 2021, she released her makeup collection with MAC Cosmetics.

Recently, Lisa made her solo comeback—her first, under her own agency LLOUD, titled “Rockstar” on June 28, 2024.
