The Philippines is a tropical country where the sun shines so brightly it can cause third-degree skin burns. During summertime, you start glistening with sweat before you even step out of the shower. It’s hard to tell if your hair is wet from the shower water or your own sweat.
All of us may just as well melt now, given how high the heat index is these days. If only we could request the presence of Snow Queen Elsa to help this country to literally chill.
