From covering songs by Blink-182 to serenading stadiums and coliseums worldwide, American pop-punk band All Time Low, comprised of Alex Gaskarth (lead vocals and guitar), Jack Barakat (lead guitar and backing vocals), Zack Merrick (bass guitar and backing vocals), and Rian Dawson (drums and percussion), returned to the Philippines and had a great time with Filipinos as they celebrate 20 years of music on their ‘Forever’ Tour.
The band played at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last May 3, 2024, and Filipino fans were left in awe as the band performed their top hits. They played ‘Poppin Champagne,’ ‘Remembering Sunday,’ ‘Vegas,’ ‘Damned,’ ‘Time Bomb,’ ‘Fake as Hell,’ and ‘Maria,’ to name a few.
The band had no plans of playing ‘Therapy’ but they just had to go the extra mile for their Filipino fans who sang their hearts to every lyric of their songs.
Enthralled by the enthusiastic and soulful sing-along, Alex even mentioned that they didn’t want to ‘stop playing’, considering that the leg has the longest setlist so far.
The band shared that it is also a wonder for them that they have maintained their career and success. In a social media post by Alex, he mentioned:
“We just had this relentless drive to play shows for as many people as we could in as many places as we could. It hasn’t always been easy staying on the road for the better part of 20 years, and we’ve experienced our share of growing pains along the way for sure, but through it all, we’ve always been called back to the stage.”
The band’s fan service was impeccable as Jack went down on stage and handed a Filipino fan a copy of the setlist from their concert that night.
All Time Low is set to fly to Singapore to continue their Asia Leg for ‘Forever’ Tour.
