Life Cycles PH hosts Online Bazaar for the Mobility of our Frontliners

In the mood for something salty? How about something a little sweet? Craving for something familiar, or looking to try something new? From September 21-26, you can expect a variety of treats!

Food 4 Cycles is a week-long online bazaar in aid of Life Cycles PH, whose goal is to pair institutions in need with generous bike donors, ensuring that frontliners and other essential workers can get to work during the quarantine. To that end, the bazaar aims to support both frontliners and local businesses as participating SMEs pledge a portion of their profit for the week, in exchange for promotion-based benefits.

The youth-led initiative also wishes to promote active collaboration with donors as a response to donor fatigue.  “The idea for this online bazaar was born from a conversation with volunteers who also happen to be resident foodies,” shares Cathlyn Genoring, the project head of the said event. “What better way to combat donor fatigue than bringing people together [through food] while supporting a worthwhile cause, right?”
