In an Instagram video, US Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky swims a full lap with a glass of chocolate milk on her head and never spills a single drop.
The video is the Olympian’s response to the Tiktok Got Milk? Challenge, which is part of the promotional campaign of the Milk Processor Education program. The dairy industry-funded group is trying to revive their old Got Milk? slogan, so they’re asking people to share quirky and fun milk videos.
She captioned her video, “Possibly one of the best swims of my career! (~open for debate~)” and watching her perfectly balance that full glass of milk on her head while swimming made us all re-think what we’ve been doing with our lives. Our minds are completely blown.
