Full-time mom shares her coronavirus-related poem ‘Locked Down’

Locked Down

How do we beat COVID -19?
Aside from practicing good hygiene,
Corona is sowing panic and fear
’cause nobody wants to lose someone dear.

The rich went shamelessly hoarding
While the poor can’t afford basic staples.
The crisis brought out the best
and the worst in people.
Anyone who has more should share his blessings.

The virus is spreading fast
But remember, this too shall pass
So while there’s still no vaccine,
Let’s comply with home quarantine.
