On the 7th day of March this year, the UP Organization of Business Economics Majors (UP OBEM) will proudly launch the second installment of its business event, THE PITCH: Promoting Innovations. The Pitch is a business convention that aims to gather innovative minds from local startup businesses and provide them an avenue to present their business pitches in front of investors who could help them jumpstart their own business venture.
The Pitch is searching for local startup businesses, from any industry, that are in the Seed Stage to Later Stage to participate in the event. All interested startups may submit their business pitch entries for a chance to secure their spot in the Top 20 Startup Businesses that will be invited to attend the event and present their business pitch to a panel of investors. Some of the notable investors are the Original Pitch Venture Capital, Manila Angel Investors Network, and Team Aguhon.
To submit business pitch entries, kindly refer to the following details:
- Submit a PDF file of your business pitch containing the following:
- Name of the business
- Contact person
- Contact number
- Brief description of the business
- Business pitch
- Email your submission to upobem@gmail.com with the Subject “Business Pitch Entry of [NAME OF BUSINESS]”.
- Deadline of entries is on January 31, 11:59 PM.
