Usually, twins celebrate their birthdays on the same day. But for two sets of baby twins in Germany and the US, that might not be the case, as they were born on different days and years, as well as decades even if they came into the world minutes apart.
Twin baby brothers Leon and Noel were born some one hour apart from each other in Frankfurt, Germany, but have different birth years in their birth certificates. Leon was born on Dec. 31, 2019, 11:24 p.m., while Noel was delivered into this world at 12:24 on Jan. 1, 2020.
The baby’s parents were overjoyed by the twin’s peculiar birthdays as per Frankfurter Bürgerhospital’s Facebook post on Jan. 3. The newborn twins were delivered safely and was later on dressed in matching red-and-white hats.

Meanwhile, in the US, the parents of fraternal twins Joslyn and Jaxon also expressed their excitement over their newborn children when they also welcomed their baby boy and baby girl in different decades at the Ascension St. Vincent Carmel Hospital on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Jason Tello and Dawn Gilliam said their babies were not supposed to be due until Feb. 19, 2020, as per NBC-affiliate WTHR on Friday, Jan. 3. The babies were born 30 minutes apart, with baby Joslyn being born first, before her twin brother.
Tello said despite his and his wife’s talks about the possibility of the twins being born on different dates and years, they were still shocked and speechless when it actually happened. /ra
