The Disney On Ice Charity Gala held its yearly event at the SM Mall of Asia Arena last December 21, 2019. This year’s gala is a special Christmas treat for select local communities and organizations, including Tondo & Payatas Street Children, Santisima Trinidad Orphanage, and The Aeta Community.
Disney On Ice presents “Live Your Dreams” features some of the most popular Disney princesses such as Belle, Rapunzel, Moana, Anna, and Elsa, along with Miguel from Disney and Pixar’s Coco. The characters relive the most remarkable scenes in every story through special ice-skating performances.
Belle braved the dangers that awaited her inside the enchanted castle—and eventually, learned to love the Beast despite its unnatural appearance; Rapunzel jumped into new adventures with Flynn Ryder and lived happily ever after with him; Queen of Arendelle Anna showed her sisterly love to Elsa, saving their kingdom from the eternal winter; and Moana sailed to Te Fiti to save her island with the help of a demigod named Maui.
The Disney On Ice experience would definitely not be complete without the appearances of Mickey and Minnie Mouse with the special participation of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.
