A former fast food employee is being dubbed a hero after he revealed that he used to place an extra chicken nugget in every 10-piece order he made.
Cody Bondarchuk, from Edmonton, Canada, made the confession on his Twitter page last Saturday, Nov. 16.
“I worked at McDonald’s for two and a half years and I put 11 nuggets in almost every 10-piece I made,” he said.

As his post circulated online, other netizens began calling him a “hero” and the “Robin Hood of McNuggets.”

A certain Kevin Jones (@kevinrj) asked Bondarchuk if any customer noticed the extra nugget and thanked him for it.
“The location was mostly drive-thru so not that I can remember, but I’d like to imagine they went home, saw the extra nug, and smiled a little,” Bondarchuk explained.

Meanwhile, one @North_Resists appeared to be concerned about the legal repercussions of what Bondarchuk did, and asked if there is a statute of limitations on “grand-theft-nuggets.”
“I hope so because I calculated it and I would owe Ronald about $1,600 (P81,400),” Bondarchuk replied.
