Young Filipino dancers claim victory at the Annual Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition

The Philippines made its way again into the spotlight at the 8th annual Hong Kong Challenge Cup Dance Competition as the Filipino Youth represents the Philippine pride and dedication to take home numerous awards. The competition was held at Y Theatre in Chai Wan, Hong Kong on July 24-30, 2019. Filipino participants are comprised of young talented dancers that are passionate to take home the honor and glory in winning the event.

The Hong Kong Challenge Cup is open to participants in different countries, giving the event diversity in culture and groups of globally competitive participants. The Philippines took the stage to showcase the country’s rich ethnicity and fondness towards the arts and culture.  These young Filipino dancers took home different awards and prizes from a variety of categories from the event, truly making their country proud.
