PULP Magazine Drops Annual KPop Report

To say that 2018 was a blockbuster year would be an understatement. Before we dive headfirst into yet another epic year for KPop fans in the Philippines, PULP Magazine is dropping a very special issue to recap last year’s astounding events—the PULP Annual KPop Report (PULP Magazine Issue No. 199).

The PULP Annual KPop Report is one of PULP Magazine’s most highly anticipated issue, with countless Filipino Kpop fans eager to relive the best days of their lives through the special and exclusive features of the most phenomenal KPop events that happened in the country, all powered by PULP Live World.

“It was like one heavy-hitter after another. We honestly shocked the entertainment world,” says PULP COO Happee Sy-Go. “Once upon a time, KPop was seen as an aberration. But now, it is clear to everyone that KPop is not only here to stay, our idols are also here to change the way things are done,” she adds.

Indeed, we saw in 2018 through the many KPop artists that performed in our country that KPop remains to be a force to be reckoned with—an unstoppable wave that began all the way back in 2010 when PULP Live World mounted the historic first full-blown KPop concert in the Philippines with Super Junior at the Araneta Coliseum.

In the captivating pages of the latest edition of the PULP Annual KPop Report are blow-by- blow recaps of the shows of some of the Philippines’ favourite artists in 2018: EXO, Super Junior, Wanna One, Seventeen, Winner, iKon, actor Lee Jong Suk, and Taeyeon. An exclusive interview with Superwoman MINZY (formerly of 2NE1) is also in this issue. PLUS: stickers, a downloadable Fangirl/Fanboy diary, the tried and tested Iponing guide, a calendar, playlists, and more!

The PULP Annual KPop Report is on its way to major bookstores nationwide. You may also order this special issue online by sending an e-mail to shop@pulpliveworld.com or calling 722-9622. LIVE LOUD!

Relive the best days of 2018 while looking forward to what PULP promises to be another amazing year for KPop. “I am literally on electric pins and needles, holding back the frenzy of excitement for what we have in store for you all in 2019,” says Happee. “See you around! You guys know I’m always at the entrance waiting to welcome you all to our KPop HappeeLand.”
