Here are 11 reactions to ‘Bandersnatch’ and we can’t choose which is the funniest

Last Friday, Netflix finally released the official trailer of its most-awaited “Black Mirror” special called “Bandersnatch.” The movie follows the tale of amateur computer coder Stefan Butler (Fionn Whitehead) as he essays to adapt “Bandersnatch”, a choose-your-own-adventure novel, into a video game. Throughout the story, the young and problematic character occasionally receives guidance from his dad, his therapist, and veteran game designer Colin (Will Poulter).

But Bandersnatch is not just your typical Netflix movie. Just like the premise of the video game, this 90-minute interactive film also puts the viewers in control. There are scenes where users are given choices, leading to sick plot twists, an alternate universe and/or multiple endings.

And if you were lurking on your social media accounts this weekend, you probably noticed a lot of memes and reviews about it. Those viewers who got a little obsessed with the interactive film made a list of all the easter eggs found in every timeline (click the link if you don’t mind spoilers!), while others even created detailed flowcharts with all the possible endings.

Since the Internet just can’t stop talking about it, we have compiled some of the funniest reactions to “Bandersnatch.”

When Stefan asked who the f*** is controlling him

When Stefan’s dad asked him what he wanted for breakfast

When one of them had to jump off the ledge

When you had to chop up his dad’s dead body

When you wanted to do more but were only given two options

When you already knew which option you’d choose

When you kept ruining Stefan’s life for the nth time

When even the simplest question could trigger your anxiety

When you wanted nothing, but a positive ending

When Bandersnatch had put you into that spiral of confusion

And lastly, when Bandersnatch completely took over your life

It was a thrilling experience for everyone and until now, we still don’t know when the hype for Bandersnatch is going to end.
