IN PHOTOS: Pinoys storm to Dua Lipa’s concert despite bad weather

Despite reports of inclement weather due to Typhoon Ompong, Dua Lipa was warmly greeted by a pack full of her Filipino fans in a sold out concert presented by MMI Live, at the Mall of Asia Arena last September 14. The 23-year-old English singer-songwriter was back in the country for her first solo concert and gave her fans a remarkable night as she got the whole crowd jumping on their feet while singing along and dancing to her songs.

Dua Lipa performed some of her hits from her self-titled record such as: “Blow Your Mind (Mwah),””Be The One,” “Hotter Than Hell,” “Thinking Bout You,” and “No Goodbyes”. She also performed a cover of some of her collab songs like “Scared To Be Lonely,” “My Love,” “High,” and “One Kiss.”

For her encore, she wrapped the night with her chart-topping hits “IDGAF” and “New Rules” where she asked the crowd to stand up and jump with her.

She expressed her gratitude to her Pinoy fans and said that she would come back again soon.

“Thank you so much for making my dreams come true. This is so cool… We’re going to see you again anytime!”
