Putting on makeup is a form of art. Just ask any girl who perfects that no-makeup makeup look every morning before work, or the girl who spends hours practicing that winged eyeliner, or those who painstakingly mix different color correctors and concealer shades to cover their uneven skin tones and blemishes.
While most of us use makeup to enhance our looks or cover our minor flaws, some people use makeup as a way to express and transform themselves into completely new persons.
Meet Letisha Velasco, a student of Pangasinan State University whose makeup lĢ¶oĢ¶oĢ¶kĢ¶sĢ¶Ā artwork are causing a stir online. Velasco, who started doing makeup when she was just 14 years old, has no formal training. In a correspondence with the InqPOP! team, Velasco said she continues to learn all the different techniques she uses by watching YouTube tutorials.
She has done dozens of face art but her favorite look so far is her Moana transformation.
