On July 14 and 15, 2018, the entire organization of United Architects of the Philippines Graduate Auxiliary will be hosting the architecture graduates’ 1st UAPGA National Congress at Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center, Tanay, Rizal with the title: ACCEDE: 1st UAPGA NATIONAL CONGRESS. Held for the very first time, this event is expected to draw over 100 delegates from 46 participating chapters’ nationwide, professionals and guests. This gathering will serve as an opportunity for them to represent their chapters.
Several activities are planned for the realization of the congress’ objective.
First, a seminar to be given by renowned and respected architect from the United Architects of the Philippines will be conducted in relevance to the broadening of the scope of the Architecture Industry. This will give a head start to all delegates as to how they should face the changing phase of their future profession.
Second, Chapter Presidents’ Assembly for the chapter officers, so as to give an opportunity for all the chapters to provide the UAPSA National the recent updates regarding the chapters’ accomplishments and future plans for the members.
Third, a Leadership Development Program, to develop in all members the spirit of unity, camaraderie, healthy collaboration, and teamwork.
Finally, the Fellowship Night to be staged to provide time for everyone to communicate and get to know everybody for a fruitful stay in the congress.
Other activities set by the Congress councils are also in line with the goals and objectives of the event.
