Anime lovers shaken after earthquake in Osaka revealed stacks of hidden porn

Japan is known to be prone to frequent earthquakes and volcanic activity as it sits on the so-called “Pacific Ring of Fire”. Recently, Japan was shaken by a 6.1 magnitude quake in Osaka that led to fatalities and 300 more falling to injuries.

According to reports, the quake caused traffic and electricity disruptions in some areas and more than 5,500 houses were damaged in total. The aftermath of the quake had the Japanese government ordering an inspection of school walls across the country as quake-related deaths in Osaka were caused by collapsing concrete walls.

But as many Japanese found themselves attending to the mess that welcomed them home after the earthquake…

…some anime avid fans were shaken by an even bigger disaster.

Many Otakus shared how the earthquake toppled their anime merchandise, books and figures, and even stacks of hidden anime porn!

One user shared on Twitter: “Hey! Because of the earthquake, the erotic fanzines I’d stashed away were exposed to my mum!!!”

Others also shared how their stash of erotic magazines were exposed after the quake and Otakus vowed to find more secure place to hide their “collections” to prevent this embarrassing incident from happening again.
