Back in 1998, musicians Raimund Marasigan, Diego Castillo, Marc Abaya (later replaced by Mong Alcaraz), Myrene Academia, and Mike Dizon banded together to form the alternative rock group, Sandwich. Little did they know that this venture would result in more than a decade’s worth of legendary music.
From the iconic “Butterfly Carnival” track to their latest song, “Parang Walang Nangyari,” Sandwich inspired a generation of Pinoy rock enthusiasts to express their individuality and passion for music with catchy beats and heartfelt lyrics. The band continues to inspire fans by producing great hits to this day.
Last April 13, Sandwich kicked off their 20th anniversary in the music industry with the ‘Under the Glow of the Satellite’ concert at the Metrotent Convention Centre, Metrowalk Commercial Complex.

But just when fans thought the night was over, Sandwich came back with an encore performance like no other!
