The Seamanpreneurs Consumer Cooperative (SEACOOP) is one of the latest organizations to adopt blockchain technology.
In a contract signing held between SEACOOP and Traxion.tech at The Seafarers & OFW Business Expo 2018 last March 23, Traxion.tech promises to provide “TraxionWallet”, which will facilitate membership payments, investments, insurance & remittances of cooperative’s target one million members.

Traxion.tech is a product of Ireland-registered company Pluma Technologies Ltd. with its local partner Gava Technologies Inc, the company behind the crowdfunding platform GavaGives. It is a platform that is designed to offer various traditional financial products on a blockchain environment.
