The University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), in partnership with Leon Gallery, is honored to present Art with a Big Heart: A Fundraising Art Auction. A diverse selection of masters, highlighting works from Benedicto Cabrera Jose Joya, Juvenal Sanso, Arturo Luz, Federico Alcuaz, and Romulo Galicano along with many well-established local artists will be included in this groundbreaking and historic auction, to be held at Manila House Private Members Club. These works will be sold to support the Phoenix Scholarship Program recently implemented by the UA&P – University Student Government.
BenCab ‘s Myra ng PUT3SKA, Jose Joya’s Morning Flight, Juvenal Sanso’s Still Life , Romulo Galicano’ Hidden Valley, Federico Alcuaz’ Composition, and Arturo Luz’ Palitana- White Temples are among the prestigious lots to go under the hammer. Award-winning Writer and Art Critic Cid Reyes will also be present to facilitate the auction proper.
The auction pieces will be previewed by appointment on March 12-17 from followed by a mid-week cocktail evening on March 14, 6pm. The live auction will commence on Saturday, 17th of March, 2pm at the Anahaw Room of Manila House, 8th floor, Net Park Building, 5th Ave. BGC.
