Famed makeup artist, Bobbi Brown once said, “I believe all women are pretty without makeup — but with the right makeup [they] can be powerful.”

Indeed, makeup is a strong tool for both men and women to use to enhance their inherent beauty. And when applied right, it can even elevate one’s style and persona.

More than that, putting on makeup is an art form that expresses one’s creative spirit. Just as a painter uses paint on a canvas, a makeup enthusiast uses his or her face to showcase their unique perspective on beauty. So it should come as no surprise that many Filipinos choose to wear makeup on a day-to-day basis. And at the biggest beauty party of 2018, Glamcon MNL, a number of these makeup enthusiasts gathered together to celebrate all things makeup and skincare!

Glamcon MNL was held last January 21 at SMX Aura to a number of glam gurus. It was an event that promoted the belief that there is no shame in putting on makeup; and with a little help from the makeup experts and beauty vloggers there, anyone can perfect that winged eyeliner or that no-makeup look!

In case you missed all the fun activities that day, here are some highlights from the event:
