Young girl slays with her impressive skateboarding skills

…while sporting a blue fairy costume!

Most young girls these days are either into fashion or arts. But some girls are just not into those things. Just like Rayssa Leal, a nine-year-old girl from Brazil, who has incredible skills toward an unlikely sport for girls–skateboarding.

Leal started skateboarding when she was six years old and caught the attention of the public two years ago when she posted a video of her heelflip attempt on Instagram. She was so good that even skateboarding legend Tony Hawk was impressed.

Leal has also won several street skating contests and was the Brazilian champion “Street Skate Mirim in 2015.” And though she may not be into fashion and arts, Leal loves to dress up whenever she skates. Her signature get up is a blue fairy costume that earned her the nickname “Fadinha Do Skate” or “The Skate Fairy” in her home country.

It’s obvious that this kid has improved a lot in just three years, and will definitely become a legend herself in the future. We just can’t wait to see her soar.

Way to go, Skate Fairy!
