Art Angel of Marawi: Paintings to help children in conflict

Children affected by the armed conflict in Marawi need our help. According to the United Children’s Fund (Unicef), around 50,000 children have been displaced from the fighting. They have left their homes and schools. Families have sought shelter in the houses of relatives, while some were forced to crowd into evacuation camps. In evacuation centers, they are exposed to health risks, from dehydration, sickness, and hunger.

Celebrated leaf artist Yel Cast is dedicating five paintings (acrylic on canvas) to the cause of helping the children of Marawi. He will also create unique oil pastel-on-dry-medium for givers who will donate USD 10-30 (PhP500-1,500) to this online fundraising drive.
