Music has saved us during some of the most difficult times in our lives. We may listen to different songs in different genres and languages, but we can all agree that music makes us all feel happiness, sadness, and peace.
Over 30 OPM artists under Jampack Music have come together to make music for peace through a series of gigs dubbed as Jam for Peace. The musical show for a cause aims to raise funds for those who are affected in the ongoing conflict in Marawi.
The first of the five bar tours kicked off last August 16 at Historia Boutique Bar and Restaurant with bands including Sileph, Monolog, Tanya Markova, Sponge Cola, Rocksteddy, and The Itchyworms.
Sileph was first up on stage and performed their latest single “Walang Pakialam” with other songs like “Di Mo Lang Alam” and “Losing Time.”
