Virlanie Foundation celebrates its 25th anniversary

MANILA, Philippines – On 10th August 2017, Thursday, Virlanie Foundation Inc. will celebrate 25 years of empowering marginalized street children with its most distinguished and faithful corporate and private partners.

The celebration will take place at Novotel Manila Arena Center, General Aquinaldo Avec, Cubao in Quezon City.

A photo exhibition, “25 Smiles” will be open to the public from 4 p.m. It will display 25 portraits and testimonies of Virlanie staff, volunteers, partners and beneficiaries to give the public a glance of who build the soul of our Foundation, day after day.

The gala night will start at 6 PM. Staff, volunteers and partners will stand together as agents of change for a night of rejoicing 17,000 lives of children and families transformed since 1992. These are all thanks to the consistent supporters of the Foundation. All guests will enjoy cocktail reception, an elegant sit-down dinner, as well as an engaging program including testimonies from Virlanie President, Vice-President, corporate partners and beneficiaries.

Moreover, the Foundation will also launch its milestone video, aiming at showing the major evolutions of the Foundation since its creation in 1992.

The guests will also have the chance to witness the Virlanie Voices’ performances. Virlanie Voices is the choir of Virlanie, founded in 2004 and became the Foundation’s best ambassador throughout the years through their performances across the Philippines and Europe.
