In case you’re having a rough day, let this guy carrying on with his lawn mowing duties despite a whirlwind in the background inspire you—that when life gives you tornados, you realize the most important things in life. And for him, one natural disaster can’t keep his lawn mower down.
What’s a huge tornado compared to the growing grass on your yard anyway?!
A tornado recently hit Three Hills, Canada; what went around in the news was this now legendary photo of Theunis Wessels that defined 2017 for some.

His wife Cecilia Wessels, told Canadian Press that cutting the grass was really part of her husband’s to-do list. She was napping when Theunis started the task, but her nine-year-old daughter woke her up upon seeing the tornado and her dad still outside lawn-mowing.
The twister was really much further away than it looks in the photo, and it was actually moving away from them. No one was also reported hurt or affected by the tornado, aside from some trees and a barn with its roof ripped off.
Theunis’ photo now became the new internet meme after people used it as reference of how basically our lives are represented in one picture.
