LEGO and Star Wars mark 25-year partnership with a colossal May 4th event

The force of May 4th pulled fans together to mark 25 years of LEGO’s legendary franchise at Shangri-La Plaza’s Grand Atrium in Mandaluyong, bringing the beloved Star Wars saga to life in brick form, which ran until May 11.

The colossal LEGO Star Wars Day event ‘May the 4th Be With You’ brought together LEGO and Star Wars enthusiasts with jaw-dropping LEGO displays, a play area, and a retail section where guests could get great deals and discounts.

Thousands of LEGO bricks were used to assemble eye-catching pixelated murals with a flawless Darth Vader throne dominating the space. A massive brick of Darth Vader also stands as the center of attraction not just for kids but for adults as well.

Bringing the force stronger, people swarmed to see the parade of Star Wars characters like Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Princess Leia, and the Storm Troopers. Fans holding lightsaber toys, wearing Darth Vader helmets, and dressing in extravagant costumes added to the celebratory mood.

Following the march, attendees were treated to a lively trivia game and a costume competition for kids and even pets.

In celebration of the lore and characters of the cherished sci-fi classic, fans can take advantage of exclusive deals on the brand-new 2024 Star Wars collection, now available at their local LEGO Certified Stores and official LEGO online stores.

LEGO’s ageless artistic vision brought the majesty of the classic series to life for fans of all ages, making Star Wars fandom the dominant force in the city.
