Revelations from the adoptive family of Natalia Grace, who was accused of being an adult woman instead of a child

The new adoptive family of Natalia Grace from the documentary series “The Curious Case of Natalia Grace” who is accused of being a 22-year-old revealed her concerning behavior on the January 3 episode.

Her new adoptive parents Antwon and Cynthia Mans told the show’s producers that “something ain’t right with Natalia.”

“This girl is tweakin.’ I feel like she’s the enemy in the house. And she said to us, we have held her hostage. Made us look like we’re the enemy.” Antwon described in the last few minutes of the latest episode.

His wife also commented that “Natalia is stabbing her family in the back over a complete lie.”

Adding to the mystery, Antwon said “She’s done other things too, but this was a new low. Natalia does not have emotions for nothing but herself,” and “We’re done. We’re done with her.”

The story of the Ukrainian orphan Natalia Grace who suffers from a rare bone disorder called spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia which results in dwarfism and is assumed to be a 6-year-old child, became well-known after the documentary about her adoption hit online streaming platforms in 2023.

Michael and Kristine Barnett were Grace’s first adoptive parents in 2010 who later on alleged the child was in fact an adult posing as a minor.

In the first episode, Michael detailed peculiar incidents they experienced during the early days of after adopting Grace. Some of them were biological factors that were unusual for her supposed age, such as when they discovered she had full-grown pubic hair and had menstruation.

The Barnetts also claimed Grace had tried to “stab” their sons and also “poison and kill” Kristine.

After taking their situation to a court to legally change her age upon releasing she was actually 22-years-old, the Barnetts decided to move Canada and left Grace at an apartment to live alone.

Michael and Kristine were sued for neglecting a dependent but were later found not guilty and the charges were dropped.

The latest episode promised the story will be continued, although the airing of the next episode has no exact date yet.
