If you’re planning to get a haircut anytime soon, you’d probably want to hear this cautionary tale first… and pick a barber who actually knows what he’s doing.
Edmar Camarillo went to his local salon with the intention of having his hair styled similar to that of the model’s in this photo.
But something might have gotten lost in translation, because what Camarillo got from his hairstylist was far from his expectations.
In his Facebook post, he sarcastically thanks the salon for giving him his new style. Camarillo writes, “Pangarap ko po sanang maging piloto kaya naappreciate ko po ang ginawa niyong runway sa ulo ko. Parang ayoko na lumabas ng bahay.” (I once dreamed of becoming a pilot, so I really appreciate how you turned my hair into a runway. It’s like I no longer want to leave the house anymore.)
A huge number of netizens have since reacted to the post, including a representative from the salon company, who seems to be concerned with his situation.
We only hope that he’ll be able to receive adequate compensation from this epic fail of a haircut. And next time, maybe it’s best to get your hair styled from a seasoned stylist!
