Everyone knows that the road to fitness can sometimes get challenging. Luckily Filipinos no longer have to go through their exercise routines unprepared, as FitCon MNL makes its way to the metro!
As the first and biggest fitness industry event of the Philippines, FitCon MNL aims to educate the public on today’s proper workout practices and health regimens. To accomplish this, the 3-day event will be holding a series of fun activities, workshops and talks from some of the industry’s best local and international experts.
“What we’re trying to do is bring more science behind it (exercise) and then get people face-to-face with these international trainers to bring more inspiration and change,” as Dynamic Duo co-founder and FitCon MNL organizer, Divine Masinsin explains.
And the event is not exclusive to fitness trainers alone. The other half of Dynamic Duo, Rica Rodriguez adds, “FitCon MNL is a fitness and wellness convention, where we’re not just looking at fitness professionals coming in. It’s open to the public in terms of learning how to stay fit and trying out new products.”
